Long a featured sideman with blues heroes like Tinsley Ellis, Jimmy Thackery, Walter Wolfman Washington, Eric Lindell and Mike Zito, Jimmy Carpenter is now leading his own bands, presenting sax-driven classic and original Blues, old school R&B and Soul, and Rock-n-Roll. Backed by the outstanding Mark Telesca Band, expect an energetic evening of danceable and powerful music from Jimmy’s 3 solo releases, with a dash of New Orleans and a whole lotta soul!!
